2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and one glass of grapefruit juice for breakfast.
Meat, veggies and grapefruit juice for lunch
Meat, veggies and grapefruit juice for dinner.

I lost 80 lb on the grapefruit diet first if you eat or drink grapefruit then eat....but beware if you are on blood pressure med..this is not a good diet for you....

If you restrict your caloric intake substantially, you're going to lose, regardless of whether you're drinking grapefruit juice or chewing on cardboard. You need to find a "diet" that is sustainable, otherwise you'll just gain it back.

yes, the gratefruit has had the most success, because before this diet, no one was ever interested in eating a grapefruit.
