I dont know if i am doing a proper pushup. I thought i did it right, but than my sister said how come your chest isn't straight. What does she mean and how can i keep it straight. Please help i have a gym test coming up

keep your body in a perfectly straight line, like a wooden plank, and lower your chest ALL the way to the ground. if you can practice in front of a mirror that's good because sometimes you can think you're doing it right, but your butt sticks up or your belly sags.

it's harder if you do them right, but that 's the idea. it's supposed to be hard.
