Theres no nice way to break up with someone trust me I went through this too. I had to break up with this boy that I really didnt like that much and I had no idea how to tell him and I felt so horrible. Telling the person face to face is better than texting, messaging, etc. look at them in the eyes when u say it too this way they know you care about their feelings. Good luck! Just tell the person how u feel!!

How about, "I don't want to see you anymore. This isn't working for me"?
I mean, how hard is it? Just be direct, don't weasel, don't string anybody along, and tell the truth so nobody winds up thinking of you as a total weasel.

You have to calmly say "This relationship is not working out and I think that it is best for us to go our seperate ways" or you can say, "There are alot of things going on right now and I think that it is for our own good hat we seperate for a while"

being honest doesn't have to be mean. do it face to face, be sweet, say why it;s not working, wish him/her the best, say it's been wonderful, but you'd rather end the relationship. and leave him/her space to heal. you can contact that person on important dates (christmas, birthday, etc. ) if that person was important to you, and you feel it will be appreciated, otherwise, just go your own way. good luck!

you should do it over the phone because its not as insensitive as IM or text message but you dont have to actually face them.
