A day older than you doesnt matter. Ask your brothers friend, play it smooth with her, pick her up like you would any girl.

ask for her # then ask her to somewhere.. i think that the first date should be fun then the second date should be casual like go to sonic or go grab some pizza and a movie the third date should be a sit down dinner
