The wages of sin is death. So, what sin creates is destruction. Diseases are created, but diseases cause death.

Sin does not create life but destroys it. It happens in Spiritually in a context that is beyond comprehension look for answers to question that have a;ready been answered read THE BIBLE.
It tells you of sins creation and sins end

When Adam and Even sinned, God put curses on humanity. I would imagine that the existance of parasetic life is an example.

no sin cannot possibly create new life ....it can cause death..if a person gives their life to it.

first time ive heard it put like that .... but i guess engaging in certain behaviours could cause a virus to mutate into a malicious form .. like having sex with animals or somthing ...
