Read the Bible, you might find out who gathers the kings of the earth for war. Also, Satan forces and seduces as many as he can to worship him the Beast and false prophet then sets out to destroy the earth. Christ second coming is to stop them from destroying the earth. You need to get your Bible out and start reading. You might want to look hard at the masons a underworld Satanic organization which is spreading like a cancer threw society. The mark of the beat is a spiritual mark. People are placed into bondage to witch craft and demonic forces by being seduced into playing occult games and practices.

Let's not blame God for that. Most of the other species he created get along with each other well enough, competition aside. We're the only species that continually finds excuses to kill each other for religion, politics, etc.

God gave us free will. We do whatever we want. He send His Son to learn about Him and to give us another point of view. We are able to choose the way of God or anything else. We choose to fight and kill (especially Americans).

Its unfortunate when people blame God for mankind's wicked actions. This is because people use war as the excuse to advance their religious agendas. Its RELIGION, not God's fault because of war. If you research the history of wars, they all have a religious reason for their start.

Your question is fundamentally flawed. God does not start war, except for armageddon in which Satan (the cause of most wars) will be defeated. If you want to look at it from a non-religious view, wars are started because people can't deal with their differences effectively.

"ZOMG!!! You worship (insert divinity here) !!! This is inconceivable!!! Blasphemy!!! I WILL KILL YOU!!!!"

its pretty easy to blame God for war isn't it...how about we take responsiblity for ourselfs for once. We created bombs and guns and weapons in general...we are the ones with hate in our hearts..and we are the ones that pull the triggers and blow the bombs up. I never saw God do any of those things.
