How do I tell a girl i don't like her?

Ok there's this girl and I don't like her at all...but she likes me. every day she stares at me and says hi in the hallway her friends are always saying Kelly likes you, i have even got my friends to tell her i don't like her and that doesn't seem to work i have also tried ignoring her. what do i do!?
