Lemon juice and actual sunlight. Also, there are non-permanent chemical lighteners (IE Sun-In) but if your hair is really dark, it'll make it turn orange.

There is a product that my girlfriend uses that is called Sun In. Its a spray on product that you can use a hair dryer or the sun to make your hair lighter and stay permanently. You spray it on and use heat to dry it.

that happend to me in the summertime once my hair went lighter it was because i was using a shampoo that made it like that i think it was some color enhancer or a shampooo that was supposed to make your hair show the bright colors. Go to a hair store or a stylist ask them about natural ways you can dye your hair. Maybe in this website you can find something that can help you.

lemon juice is the only way i know of, but i also know that it might dry your hair out. as long as you condition really well before & after, i am sure i'll be fine. :]

i hope this helps.
