i have a really great guy friend and of course the usual, i really like him. He is a really flirtatious guy so i asked him if he liked me or what, he said he just wanted to be friends and sorry he led me on. I was ok with that. I don't understand why he continues flirting and when i asked him who he likes he told me he couldn't tell me when he usually would since we are close. I asked him why and he responded with many excuses such as why do you care, i just can't tell you, you don't know her (why wouldn't he tell me when i "wouldn't know her") and many more. It finally came down to it when i told him to stop making up stuff and i could tell this is the truth, finally, "its not the right time" or something like that and "its a complicated relationship." so after a bit he blurted out a name who i knew it wasn't bc i previously asked that and then blurted out another name and im wondering if he just made that up to cover up

i think hes playing around. he must assume your gonna always be around so that when he does decide to get serious with you, you'll be there. stop sweating him and he might start to change his tune but for someone who likes playing around so much i wouldnt want to be getting involved.

I think that he likes you and tried to make u jealous and get a reaction out of u when he told u he liked sum1 else. I'd make my move.

he probably does like you or finally gave in and told he may feel that he doesn't have to tell even though you're close Friends.

he is a tease.yup i bet he likes to make girls crazy for him and he seems like he does it for pleasure.ignore him dont bring up the conversation about going out with him or if he likes you.act like you dont like him ,maybe he will end up asking youi if you like him.
