Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas (natural muscle relaxers) daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.

Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.

The cure - start with a professional massage, (if this does not do it you probably need a chiropractor as well) you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).

For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

More than likely you are prone to having some sort of damage to your brain or skull. If it is more of a migraine type hurt then I have a few suggestions to make it feel a little bit better:
1. Sit in a cooler room.
2. Try to stay away from too much light-if you have a dull light or a black light those are the best.
3. Try to look at something mistifying...lava lamps, moving pictures...those are GREAT. It relieves your brain from thinking about it.
4. STAY AWAY FROM NOISE. Don't listen to music just to listen to it...it gives your headache time to grow.

Well, good luck. I hope you feel better!

Does that include chiropractors in the list of "every type of doctor"? That could be the way to get relief.

Have you tried seeing a homeopathic doctor who can test to see if you have allergies to a food? It could be something simple like you have developed an intolerance to red dyes in food.
Homeopathic/Naturopathic medicine is amazing and you may find the answer compared to seeking out answers from a more tradtional family doctor.

I was having horrible headaches for 3 weeks. It got extremely bad and I actually found out the sodium levels in my blood were dangerously low when I woke up in the emergency room one day. Had me stuck with a tube in my arm for 3 days to balance out my blood.
