Hi, I love diet dr. pepper. I drink it like a fish.
The caffeine in the diet coke is probably what
causes the mood swings and migrines. Try
caffeine free. I don't think you have really
endangered your health.. Caffeine is addictive,
it's not good for you but I don't think it does
any severe damage.

i'm an ex-food plan coke addict, specific it starts off with in user-friendly terms 3-4 cans a week yet mine led as much as six cans an afternoon. The caffeine in this may lead directly to severe wellbeing issues, inclusive of endometriosis, this is a gynaecological concern which will reason infertility. The sweeteners in any food plan drink are very undesirable for you, and in some countries are even banned because of the wear and tear they do on your wellbeing (shame all countries do no longer try this). at last I controlled to circulate "chilly turkey" and are available off food plan coke, it grew to become into comparable to coming off a drug, discomfort, sweats, paranoid concepts, and so on. It took a week to return down and it grew to become right into a dreadful week. it particularly is throughout a "completely innocuous fizzy drink." in basic terms in basic terms end eating it, forget on the subject of the urge and interior some weeks you isn't hooked any further, yet be warned in case you drink even a million can the habit will start up back, yet grow to be worse! % a diverse drink! by technique of how I a college graduate and an accountant, I genuinely have under no circumstances taken drugs and am very anti-drugs, yet food plan coke could have the appropriate comparable result on you as drugs! superb needs

You are unfortunatly, going through caffine withdrawls. There are a few steps to still drink Diet Coke without getting any problems.

1. Remember it is healthy for you. Drink it on occasinal, special times; it hwlps you.

2. Milk is the cure. Drink it on almost every meal.

3. If you still have to drink it every week, try twice a week. it helps a lot of people!

I'm betting to say that yes, your drinking 5+ cans of soda a day has something to do with your migrains and mood swings.
Soda is not good for you in the first place....the fact that it has "Diet" in front of it doesn't really make it that much better. Soda does not provide you with much more than sugar and your body isn't getting all of its nutrients, so yes, you are placing your health at risk.

You are going through caffeine withdrawls, as well as some reactions to the lack of chemical sweetners in your body.

Coffee and tea are good for you and will help with the caffeine withdrawls. Drink some in the morning and a little in the afternoon until you're back to normal.
