one of my wisdom teeth have grown and the other is growing also. My sister's started to grow when she was 19. Is this normal?
P.S I'm a male. Does this have any affect on this.

it's quite normal, my wisdom teeth started around 16, i'm 23 now and i'm getting them checked tomorrow for possible extraction

just make sure you keep an eye on them, if you start to feel pain rinse your mouth with salt dissolved in warm water, it also doesn't hurt to get a dentist to check them out and let you know how they're going

Wisdom teeth usually come in between the ages of 13-21. So, your on target my friend. And this has nothing to due with gender.

the thing with wisdom teeth is that the new molders push your other teeth to make room and cause the present teeth to overlap. Basically, making them crooked. If your teeth or gums hurt while the wisdom teeth are coming in go visit your dentist ASAP.

Yes, it's normal for wisdom teeth.

Wisdom teeth are adult teeth and usually start going during your mid to late teens. When mine were growing, they grew every six months from my late teens into my 20's. They'll settle when you're between 20 and about 25.

You'll also have to have them pulled eventually. They get impacted and cause problems.

No affect. People always say your they're not supposed to grow in until your early 20's or so. i started getting mines in around 17. I'm 21 now an still waiting on 2 bottom ones to come out. I have room for them and its not painful so i never got them pulled.

Call the dentist, you might have an infection and if you do you need antibiotics before they pull the tooth. Over the counter Anti inflamitory drugs, like Advil or Alleve, will help reduce the swelling/pain but they make you bleed worse after the extractions. You're going to have to stick with Tylenol until you get the good drugs from your dentist next week. Hope it feels better soon.

No that's about the normal age. I started getting mine when i was 12. I guess it just depends on who you are. Dont worry about it its not something to stress over.

They can come in at any age. Don't worry about it. I had mine already pulled out by the time I was your age (I was 14 when I had mine pulled).
