I recently met a guy from a mutual friend. We totally hit it off and got along very well. I called him and invited him to a party at our friends house (kind of knowing he would go anyway). My friend said he was into me, but when he arrived at the party we were at, he didn't pay any attention to me, and walked away anytime I talked to him. He was just talking to his male roommate. He was not trying to talk to other girls. I have written him off, but am just courious as to why he would be so cold all of a sudden. Any thoughts????

Um...he was not being all that 'cold' to you. He just did not talk to you at the party. Big deal. So he did not say anything...it's not like he knows you all that well, after talking to you once or whatever. He might of had other things on his mind. And you may not have given off a good vibe that you liked him. And he does not want another girl that just wants to be Friends.

There are a lot of shallow guys out there that want to start a relationship with sex or something else that benefits him. If he were really into you, he would keep giving you attention. dontact like a slut around him to get it either. It works 9 out of 10 times, but he won't actually respect you as a person. My vote is just move on

he probably does this because he has had a women play this game with him in the past. He probably figures all girls play mind games. It's juvenile but both sexes are guilty, girls more so than guys. Hell they invented this strategy

we men can be very fickle. we like you one day, we like someone else the next day. it's a sign of immaturity. find someone who understands what it's like to be a man and forget all these little boys.

first off he wasn't claiming it, secondly, it's taking him a while to process what happened before, and either he's figured it isn't worth pursuing or he isn't sure what to do. if it's really bothering you that much I'd ask him, straight up. if you don't like your answer move on ...
