Hi, I havent gotten my wisdom teeth out yet, and i one seems to be a little loose. Can they fall out on their own?

sure they can one of mine came loose and fell out on its own
which is better then going through the pain of having it removed by a dentist...OUCH good luck.

This is a permanent tooth. It's not supposed to fall out. You may wish it would, but that's not normal.
If you do not have room in your mouth for these teeth, they may need to be removed. If they are impacted (blocked) or erupting ectopic (angled), they may need to be removed.
Unless teeth are congenitally missing, there are 20 primary (baby) teeth, and 32 permanent (adult) teeth.
Teeth can be lost for several reasons including trauma, and decay. You do not want to have a tooth removed because it's decayed. It can affect your chewing. To avoid this, brush a least twice a day, for two minutes. Angle your brush to the gumline, removing plague from all surfaces. Limit sugary & retentive foods.
Do you grind your teeth? This can cause loosening. It will usually (almost always) become firm again.

Yeah. Sometimes when your old and are in need of dentures. Sometimes because something unfortunate happened. If you really worried about it the schedule a dentist appointment.

If it's knocked loose enough. It hurts muuuuch less than when a denist extracts it.

no your teeth cann't fall out on there own unless you have some kind of gum disorder.

No, they are adult permanent teeth.

They don't come out unless there's something wrong. See your dentist.
