Yes.
I know that seems cruel and ppl will get hurt; but, if you put up signs in Spanish and the CRIMINALS choose to cross, it is their own choice.
We are being invaded by illegals that are corrupting our free market system. There is no such thing as a job Americans will not do. That only means the free market has not adjusted the pay to where someone will do that job... meaning if you pay someone enough they will do any job. That is how a free market works in a capitalist system.

NO! This country is suffering because of illegal immigration, but killing them isn't the answer. (Besides, bullets are cheaper than mines). Just change the laws and take away the incentives for being here.
1. Stop publishing things in Spanish. Stop all state or federal funded bi-lingual programs
2. Punish companies that hire them.
3. Deport those found.
4. Make it illegal to rent or sell to them
5. Don't give them driver's licenses.
6. Tax imports, so products cost the same whether they are made here with American workers or made with foreign slave labor and taxed high.
7. Cut off all government aid, hand-outs and education unless you can prove you're American or here on a LEGAL and CURRENT Visa.

No way! This would endanger the lives of women & children & even Americans that live near the border with Mexico.
I don't hate the Mexican people & know why they come here but even though we don't want them here land mines are not the answer. More border & shore patrols would help the problem. I see nothing wrong with shooting if they won't go home when told by patrols, not necessarily to kill but to let them know we mean business.

No. It would that less than a week before the smugglers either set them all off or mapped them. If you want a lethal barrier, let the military use everything within 1/2 mile of the border for unrestricted, live-fire training exercises. If no one knows where the next explosion will happen, they are less likely to risk the crossing.

No, many of the ones crossing are parents trying to feed children, or children trying to find parents. Much of the cheap labor who keep our costs down come from there. The terrorist's that did 9-11 were here legally. They didn't sneak across the border. We need many changes and safeguards in place, but this isn't it.

Land mines are not proper to be placed on borders because these could kill people. Lives of men are still paramount as against regulating immigration which could be solved by other legal means.

Only if the projectiles are paintballs, and you are hit by at least 1,000 of them on the parts that sting the most. Try living in a land of no opportunity...perilously close to a land said to have many.

Princess Diana is turning in her grave. An emphatic NO! Land mines are barbaric and don't solve the problem created by bad politics. This issue must be solved with good laws and better enforcement.

Tempting, but no.... Not worth the law suits the Mexican government would hit us with (but that's for another time).
What we need to do is BUILD THAT FENCE and enforce the laws we already have.
Fence won't work? Try this one www.minutemanhq.com

Absolutely not!! We are not at war with Mexico, nor should we ever be. These are human beings. We can find other ways to keep them out but not by trying to kill them.
