I really need to get it way higher. fast!!

I have a low self esteem too. It's only because of what I've been told by my sisters as I was growing up. I'm dark skinned and the jokes just won't stop...its depressing.

Be kind,a good listener ,Work hard until it hurts or you sweat.Help others.self esteem requires cultivating beauty on the inside.Be the best,kindest hardest working person you can be and beleive me you will begin to feel self esteem.Also dont cuss,Its low class.I dont care if she is a millionaire a woman that cusses always seemed ignorant and uneducated.Take care of the outside with some makeup.lipstick or gloss,always be well groomed and try growing your hair long if its short.It really turns heads.Follow this advice and you will have good selfesteem for the rest of your life.

I'm sure ur a beautiful girl and u just need to be reminded. go get a makeover. do ur hair, nails, makeup, new outfit. the whole nine yards. and then u will see how gorgeous u really are and ur self esteem will go up.

Take it one day at a time. These things are psychological, and can only be helped by positive thinking. appreciate the positive things about yourself. Take compliments,make lists of things you like about yourself, and just relax nobody is perfect.
