Me and my bf have been together for about a month. Being in a relationship is really new to me so I do not know how to handle things. I am really nervous/shy around him sometimes and I get worried that someday he will just stop liking me (im insecure) even though he likes me a lot.... I talked to him about it already and he said I had nothing to worry about.....but i still worry all the time. ALL THE TIME and it is affecting every aspect of my life. How can I stop worrying??!!!! Please help.

think about it.if u will continue worrying like that, it will destroy your new relationship. so,you have to stop. breath and relax. it wont happen immediately, but try to just have fun. talk to him, discuss interesting things. its not easy, but you should really try. stop thinking about all that stuff. every time you start thinking about it, block your thoughts. before you meet him, play in your head how u gonna behave, think of questions you gonna ask and topics you want to discuss. it will help. and yeah, try not to be someone you are not.

You should only stop being worried when you feel comfortable. Even if you were to move back in together you may still feel insecure, thats okay. It takes time. Don't worry to the point of pestering her all the time though, that is going to drive her away and make things worse. Just go with your instincts and feelings, don't try to force yourself to worry or not worry.

Write a self "I love me list."
Seriously.
Take a little note book and list all the things about you that are great. You really do need to love yourself before you can love another.
Start small...eg. I am Honest.
Don't hold back, If you think it write it
Every time you do or feel something great write it down.
I have been where you are and actually was told to this by a counsellor.
I was sceptical at first but as my list got longer I felt so much better.
Never let anyone see your list.
It is all about "self" satisfaction.
Your eyes only.
Never write a bad or negative thought.
Read through your list as often as you can. at least daily if not more!
Please try it as you don't sound like you want to lose him over this....
Best of luck and remember

"I LOVE ME!!!"

You have to pinpoint exactly what you are worried about, which is your boyfriend. Since you already asked talked to him about how you feel and he told you not to worry about it, then you should take his advice and just relax. There's not much more that you can do. Just give it a shot when your around him DON'T ME INSECURE, just relax yourself and go with the flow. Let things fall where they want to fall. Don't try to make every moment perfect because that's when you may start freaking him out. RELAX!!

You are realizing how powerless you are, and it's tough.
You have to learn how to set the boundaries in your life, and discover how important you are. Worrying about your boyfriend's attitude won't help you. The only thing you can control is YOU.
You have to work on loving yourself, liking yourself, and improving yourself every day. Get your attention back on the person you are in charge of--you.

I know exactly how you feel. its like you have something so precious and special and its so hard to see how someone like that person could actually be in love with you. You have that feeling that one day, he just might fall out of love and go for somebody else.

Well, as i was saying im going through the same thing. ive been through other relationships before, but nothing this intimate. i guess only advise is this, to ease my paranoia i usually think to myself, if he loves you as much as he says, and he says it and shows it, then just think that the amount of love you have for him is exactly the same amount of love he has for you. It helps me abit and makes me realize that, im actually worth something and someone CAN love me like that.

message me if you resolve this or somehting

There is nothing you can do about the way he feels. Just be yourself. Thats why he likes you because you are who you are. If you stay in this panic mode he will know and get wierded out and leave you anyway. CHILL OUT!

i don't know how to help you stop worrying, but i recommend you find something you both like to do, so you can spend time with him, which will probably help your relationship get better, which could possibly reduce your worry?
