I would be flattered. I have been in the situation before and I give you credit for putting yourself out there. At least you will know if he feels the same for you shortly! If he doesn't feel the same way about you then you saved your self some time and can move on. If he does feel the same way then great. Not all guys pick up on the subtle cues that women give.
I think one rose would be fine- maybe with a card under his wiper blade. After that its his move :)

Depends on the guy, a lot of guys are macho and refuse to be moved by a very flattering gesture they are insecure in their emotions or sexuality. I for instance would be very flattered.

I would be flattered because you have shown interest in me, but flowers absolutely do nothing for me. Maybe a bottle of his favorite vodka would better your chances of success.

Turned off. And I'd think she was really weird for sending a guy flowers. Maybe even rip them up and throw them at her and laugh. Woe is the day I get flowers..........
