I have dry eyes and I'm wondering what to do. I'm 17, and in school I'm constantly rubbing my eyes and whatnot. It's ridiculous. I also seem to low on energy lately. I've heard of this fish oil stuff, and I was wondering if that's the way to go? I already use eye drops and they help for about 10 seconds. I don't have any allergies...I don't think.
So I guess my question, summed up, is: For dry eyes, try fish oil? Something else? And also, please don't just say see the doc.

It may be that the eyedrops that you are using are causing part of the problem. My opthamologist recommended over the counter Refresh Liquigel. Hope this helps.
