So i went for x-rays to get my wisdom teeth pulled...... and they found a huge infection in under my back teeth and this stumped them..........they think its caused by pro longed pressure on my teeth from when i had braces........so know i have to have surgery .....have you ever herd of this before???

No but you need to take care of it immediately. Last week or so I heard of a little boy who had died because an infection in this tooth had gone to his brain.

No, but that sounds awful. I'm supposed to go get a couple of wisdom teeth pulled sometime in the next few years (I've been putting it off) but you'd got me scared now. Thanks alot! j/k Good luck to you though...and i'm sorry to hear of your problem..hope it works out well for you.

What type of surgery? Incision and drainage, Cyst removal, Endodontics????
