Since the wife of a president is called the First Lady, then the husband would be called the First Gentleman. That is what they did in the TV show "Commander in Chief" about a woman president.

Thats awesome...I asked this question to someone IRL just the other day. I think he would be the first gentleman, as the Presidents wife is the First Lady.
