It is called "Leachate", and it's all the cool goo-ey stuff that we throw out, It's NOT TOXIC, it's mostly Household waste, it's not dumping enough of it to hurt anything, whats leaking out of the dump is another question, unless it is incinerated

Its called Toxic Waste...and yes it is bad, but there is one solution and that is burn it!
