Hair problem?

My hair is really weird, I comb it and all, but then the right side of my hair curls at the tips, while the left side remains flat, same goes for my sideburns, it's really annoying, any suggestions?

If your hair is wavy or curly the best way to cut back on the natural wave is to cut it short. The shorter the better.
