This could be a lot of things.

RLS - Resless Leg Syndrome
Symptoms - The urge to move your legs when it is time to relax. Feeling the "creepy, crawly" feelings in your knees. Feeling your muscles pulsating in your legs.

Hypoglyceamic - Abnormaly low glucose level in the blood stream, but only at certain times.
Symptoms - uncontrolable shaking in the hands, arms, legs, and feet. Feeling dizzy, light headed, "out of it". Seeing black, blotchy spots. Fainting.
(I suffer from this.)
**All of these symptoms occur when you haven't had much sugar or protein within 4 - 5 hours.

Nervousness -
It could just be your nerves getting to you. Calm down, get a massage, drink some tea, sleep!!

Stress -
To much on your plate? Find 45 - 60min each day, just to relax. Put on some wave noises or something that you can enjoy. Eat some comfort food, and close your eyes. Put a hot washcloth on your head and sleep. Just relax.

It could be any of these things. Call the doctor and have him check you out. It could just be a habit. Who knows? Good Luck!
