I was doing something, I bent over fairly quickly, and I threw up in my mouth a little bit (gross, I know).

Did I injure my stomach in any way? It aches just a little bit, not really bad, but it's a little bit annoying.

It sounds like a simple case of gastric reflux and nothing to worry about. That is perfectly normal if you had eaten a meal fairly recently. Sometimes the pyloric valve that leads from the stomach spasms causing slight regurgitation into the throat. Bending over may have triggered this.

Dear,Alexandra
if it hurts its injured you should go to the phone and make an appointment because your health is serious because my friend had the flu and she went to the hospital and she was dehydrated and all her friends and I went nuts were like she drinks 2 gallons of water a day so we found a sickness that does that does that and we were thrilled
