i am going 2 a bar mitzvah.. and this kid isnt really my friend, but he is inviting the whole class, how much money should i give him?

Jewish people believe that 18 is a lucky number, and therefore monetary gifts are often given in amounts of multiples of 18: $18.00, $36.00, $54.00, etc.

Since this kid isn't a close friend, $18.00 would probably do the trick--he (or at least his parents) would recognize the significance of this amount, and probably appreciate that you did too.

first of all bat mitzvah means his 12 not 15 an i think you should give him 25

any amount of money mulitplied by 15 is appropriate.
it's for his 15th birthday. So that is the tradition.
