a dog breeder once told me that this is called doggy acne,which she said was caused from corn or wheat allergy from the food we fed our dog. I do not know if that was true,but we switched to a food with lamb and rice.We checked the ingredients to make sure it had no corn or wheat.It cleared up in 9 days and never came back.We use natural choice by nutro max and buy it at petsmart. My dog has them too they are just like warts and if they get to big they will have to be removed so if they get any bigger or you are concerned just give your vet a call. Getting them removed is no big deal at all so don't hesitate to call!

We were told to get rid of any plastic food or water bowls and use ceramic or stainless steel. It cleared up quick after that.
