Ooookay...
DON'T START SAYING I SHOULD GO TO A DOCTOR!!!
Some people in this world can't really afford to pay for a doctor...
It might just be nothing...or it might be Bipoloar.
And yes... My friend had a health website and I told her what I've been experincing and she linked me to the site and most of my symptoms were in there.

bipolar is a very serious illness-if you have it, you are going to have times that you can't work/go to school because you are too ill-just can't do it. If you are just moody, it could be seasonal affective disorder, PMS, mild depression, lots of things. If your symptoms are very serious, meaning you can't go to work, then you do have to go see a doctor, because you need prescriptions for bipolar and must take the medication for your whole life. Blue is an understatement for bipolar depression-that experience is hell on earth. You don't just idley think about suicide, you are desperate because you hurt so very very much and you can cry and cry, and the pain won't stop. It is unbearably painful. By sleeping too much, that is on the order of 12 or more hours, every single night, often much more. Too little? That's like 4 hours a night, and you are bopping all over the place and a total party animal and you feel at one with the universe and incredibly powerful. You spend all your money on useless stuff like diamond rings and 100 dresses or pairs of shoes or a room full of craft stuff etc. etc, or you start up a new home-based business (and it fails, and you start another one, and it fails, over and over, because you just can't ever follow through.) and you go bankrupt or charge up $20,000 on your credit cards. I just want you to understand that it is a very serious disorder-if you're not behaving outrageously, or getting desperately painful depressions, you don't have bipolar, or it is very mild, more like cyclothymia. And usually, a bipolar person lacks insight, that is, they are aware there is something wrong when they are depressed, but when manic they think that is ok even if they are wrecking their life.
If your symptoms are like some of these, you do need to see a doctor, you will have to come up with the money. Fortunately, some bipolar drugs like lithium are really cheap, and that's a standard treatment.
good luck!!

It seems to me like you are moody and/or depressed...
Sounds a lot like what I went thru when I was a teenager.
I know now that I was rather depressed and found myself actually not eating enough and rather scrawny compared to how good I thought I looked (I was hungry almost all day). I wondered what was keeping me alive.
Now I know why I am moody, medication I am on. Sometimes I just get annoyed, I don't know why I started talking back to my manager the one day. I have a horrible short term memory and always take notes in the office. Sort of a loner here and I am getting sick of it.
I know what caused all of this and wish it never would have happened.

Dear with the systems you prescribe they lean toward the bipolar.Since i,m not a doctor i can only suggest that you see one and whatever his or opinion would go from there. You may need medication to level your moods and help with your depression.Start inquiring about a pnychrists that someone can refer you to.Give yourself credit for the courage to admit you have a problem.

I think you should go to a Doctor and get an evaluation of yourself. It's odd that you have all of these at once as most people that have this don't have everything at once.

Did you read these "signs" somewhere and decide you have them all? Sounds like they are right out of the mental health manual. But if true....get help now.
