What is the esitmated cost for doing the kitchen, bedroom, living room? Can it be done less than $8K to 10K? Kitchen cabinets n sink, divider between living room n kitchen, do laundry area in kitchen (maybe just add a retractable door), one simple (2 doors)built-in wardrobe each room and a simple/plain tv console, lighting for all area.
Using good n lasting materials. Any contractors/design companies to recommend?

I was looking for contractor to renovate my 3 room flat as well. From the items you listed, I don't think you can find any contractor. Just built-in wardrobe alone, it's about S$180 per sqaure feet, it will probably cost you more than 2k if you want it on each room. If you can find one. please let me know.

Likely not. Specify location for company recommendations. Get a few estimates locally and don't use the company that is the cheapest without checking multiple references. Normally the price that is in the middle of the range is a good one to trust.

Yeah it starts off sluggish with the shush and ends with wanting an entire demolition till someplace inbetween you detect a solid commencing place that relatively worth saving. existence should not be so no longer elementary.
