hmm....very foreign
you should have a disk with the driver on?
if you dont have a driver it could be plug and play.
it looks to be a DV camera, so it records footage to tape, not hard drive ect...
try turning on auto updates if you have windows, and if you have mac, it will just download the driver for you. for windows, youll find auto update in the control panel.
the last resort is to translate the page. if you definatly know is in portugese then copy the text and use www.altavista.com to translate it. sorry!

Try the official site for the manufacturers of your camera, or a Google search, also look to see if you got a disc or disk with your camera.
