Where can i find out information on a truck title and not pay any money???

i need to know whos name a title is in or if it has been juncked!!!

You can provide the VIN to your Public Disclosure Unit for your state. You will find them in the licensing agency for your state. You provide as much as you know, they will let you know what you are entitled, they will tell you if it's been junked. Just give them a call, shouldn't be an issue for this type of transaction.

gonna have to shell out the few bucks. either at BMV to do a title history or a similar place like CarFax.
