Depends on which department you want to go to. Different hospitals have their own strength.
Generally the Peking Union Medical College Hospital is considered as the best (at least one of the best) in China.

There are a number of US registered clinics like the SOS in San li Tun diplomatic Area and United Family Hospital in Beijing,mostly the doctors are ex-pats,with excellent facilities.The Capital Hospital,next to Wangfujing is also very good with most of the doctors speaking English.

Well, Peiping Airforce General hospital accepts Blue Cross.
