Have you not thought that he is going out with this girl because he likes her.
To try and take him away from his girlfriend would be assuming that you feel he would be better of with you.
If you say his girlfriend knows you like her boyfriend they I guess you have been coming onto her boyfriend in a way where she knows it. Try not to make his girlfriend jealous,
I think you are being unfair to everyone involved and all because you "like" this guy.
Get on with your life and find someone who is free and single.
