We have been going out over a year. ANd randomly she says we dont feel "right" anymore. She loves me as a best friend she says, she is still attracted to me and still wants to hang out and didnt break up with me to date other guys. I have never heard of this happening before. I have heard of it happening if the girl loses attraction but this just isnt the case. Everyone i have told is confused, guys and girls. All the things she told me about our future and getting married, and one day she doesnt feel the same? I dont get it. We were not friends before we dated and now were best friends over the year we dated. COuld she be confusing the love? I mean I just feel like i am bestfriends with her. She is like the ultimate friend, who i love so much? This is just really confusing. No one knows what the heck is going on. I dont even think she does because when she told me how we didnt feel right she told me she didnt even think about saying that and that she needed time to think.

Give her some space, boy. It could be that she is also confused about her ownself. If you love someone, let her go. If she comes back to you, then both of you are destined together. Take note though that distance makes the heart wander.

Hun, she sounds a little confused to me. I don't think she understands that she is in love w/ you, and trust me she is from the sounds of it. You guys need to take sometime and talk to each other. Tell her what you feel about her, make her see you don't want to just be friends because that wouldn't feel right to you. Sometimes people can say things that they really don't believe in just because they listen to their brain more than their heart. She might be scared, but you need to ask her why. I was in the same situation actualy only I realized my insecurity was just getting to me and other people who didn't want us together, and thank god I didn't break up w/ him b/c he loved me. And Guys like him don't just show up all the time. So do what we did, pick out memories of when you were together. Give her all of your heart if you really believe you love this girl.

I agree with Mr_Wall2005. From the female perspective, this sounds like an odd situation and I can't help but wonder if your friend has her eye on someone else (and if she doesn't at the moment, if it will be long until she does). You must care about her if you are asking this question, which is sweet of you. I would hold my head high and break it off; it isn't fair for her to make it weird for you while she strings you along.

You need to talk to her about this. If she's really set on the idea of you two breaking up, you're just going to have to deal with it. Definately stay friends, though. Never burn your bridges, you just may need to cross them again someday. Good luck. I hope this helps.

she might be thinking about putting you in friend zone? because she feels like its just a better friendship

and if you two did break up, do not, i repeat, do NOT still hang out with her and be "friends" because in ALOT of causes, staying friends after such a serious relationship dosnt work, youll feel unloved and sad/angry, it just wouldnt work, you can try but no promises

She's bluffing. casually suggest you break up and see what she does. Either you save yourself some trouble of a long break up or see what she really is trying to do.
