Just stick to the diet and excersise regimen. Once you notice results you should use that as your motivation to keep at it. Just make sure that you are getting a proper balance of nutrients in your food and drink lots of water.

Do you expect miracles? Any one knows that it takes at least 5 days of no cheating, and following a good weight loss plan before you see a pound gone. Have patience. It took a long time to add the pounds, and a while to shed them. You can do it if you want to.

i personally get that feeling when I unknowingly eat something that sends me high above my calorie/carb/fat/point limit early in the day.

I wouldn't be so upset if it was something like a great steak or chocolate cake, but usually it's a stale muffin or some salad dressing that messes up my whole day.

You might see a hypnotherapist to help make it easier. By working with your subconscious, you will have a much easier time changing your habits, eating healthy, and exercising more. This can be made easy.

Try a calorie counting watch.

You have to burn 3,500 calories plus your intake (average 1,200 a day)

So if you burn 4,700 a day you'll loose one pound.

Seeing the number count really helps. You find yourself doing silly dances around the house just to get to your goal.

Its actually easier than you think.

The worst part is the first couple of days....when your body is trying to adjust.....get through that and the rest is worth the wait.

Don't rush it!! Did you put the weight on in 2 days? Don't weigh yourself everyday either! Eat smarter, exercise, and relax!! It will all be worth it in the end!!

it's okay, be patient....and expect to lose 2 pounds a week, it totally sucks but that's just the way it is
