No one knows what the first human language was. It's only when writing begins that we have a record of ancient language.
No one invented language, it is a product of evolutionary developments growing out of animal communication. Human beings made sounds as they do today but these sounds are no longer signals they communicate abstract meanings.
Fascinating question and too bad we DON'T know what the first language was.

It stands to reason that the first language had no name, simply because there was no need to name it as there were no other languages. After the Tower of Babel incident, different languages existed, and a need to name them for quick references became apparent.

Well, I'm sure humans began just using noises and they eventually formed into words...It probably started off with just names for objects and evolved from there. I doubt we'll ever really know the complete orgin of human languages, unless you believe in some type of higher being who gave life to the first man and woman and gave them speech.

There is disagreement among anthropologists on when language was first used by humans (or their ancestors). Estimates range from about two million (2,000,000) years ago, during the time of Homo habilis, to as recently as forty thousand (40,000) years ago, during the time of Cro-Magnon man.

"Who invented the human language?"
I would have to say humans.
(Try studying evolution or linguistics and you'll learn that languages are NOT invented, they are created slowly over time.)
