I agree. At the age of 25, most guys start gaining quite a bit of weight naturally. They soon realize that they can't eat anything they want like they did in their late teens, early twenties. If you are under 25, it's dumb to try and gain weight. Look at all the guys in their thirties. How many bean poles do you see?

Well I'm a little underweight for my age, and I want to gain weight so I can actually look my age. I'm like 100 pounds, so yeah I was too light to donate blood at my school (before I graduated) when they were accepting blood donors. I'm probably still too light to do that kind of charity. =)

I want to so my metabolism will slow down. I eat too much food and don't gain weight, but the cholesterol and other stuff inside isn't healthy for me.

well im a 23 5'6 male, and i weigh 130, and id like to be about 150, but i would have to constantly stuff my face to achieve that weight cuz i have a very high metabolism, i eat quite a bit already
