How should I dye my hair?

I have light brown hair..but my eyebrows are way darker than my hair. what colors would look good in my hair? I don't want my eyebrows to be POPPING out lol. but I don't want my hair too dark either. any suggestions?

Is that your natural haircolor? (the lightbrown?) well i dont do hairdyes... especially permanent ones. If youre not sure maybe you shouldnt go permanent at first. try different colors, but the washable kind (if they have it in the colors youre wanting) and then see if thats what you want.

the streak idea is ok as long as theyre subtle. otherwise a darker shade of brown would be nice -- if youre thinking about doing it yourself.. there's a line of dye that has the same shade in three different tones (cool, natural, warm), so you could get maybe a slightly darker brown, but go with the "cool" tone.

either way -- whatever you do -- i would say to NOT get black. black hair dye is not only hard to control especially for girls with naturally lighter hair because the dye clings even more to the hair strands and could look unnatural or awkward. if you leave it in too long.. it looks like youre wearing a shaggy black hat.

few people have TRULY black hair (ie. most asian girls have a variation of dark brown)

i think for this change, you should go to a salon to at least talk with someone about it... then after that you can do touch-ups yourself at home.

It's probably not your eyebrows unless youv'e died your hair before. It may be that your eyebrows are thick if this is the case pluck them. If you want to die your hair go to a salon and tell the you want something to compliment your'e skin tone.

Are you Michael Dukakis' daughter? That dude had some crazy **** brows. Have you ever thought of lightening your brows a little? They don't grow much so you won't have to color much.

If that doesn't work just shave your brows and draw them on your forehead the color that matches your hair.
