so heres the deal,I'm the new i.t guy at a company and theres this really hott girl whos always looking at me and trying to make conversation with me... I always catch her looking at me then when i do she just smiles at me.(wierd right).. I'm 5'10 170 pd slim hispanic with caramel skin and a goatee with short spikey hair and I think we make a compatable couple,,,BUT heres the problem theres this BIG BLACK GUY at work whos always hitting on her and talking to her ..he told me that he likes her and hes trying to hook up with her.... but i think the brotha is way out of his leauge here.... hes told me not to interfere and that i could get with any ohter girl ,,but i think i really like her ,,,what should i do I dont really want to get on the bad side of this black man cause he looks like hes serious about her.....?

Don't worry about the brotha dude! What you should do is you should go to her and ask her how she feels about that black guy always trying to hit on her. If she says she doesn't like that type of attitude then tell her to act upon it and told the black guy to get way from her, because what ever he is doing can be considered sexual harrasment. Tell her that.
Also while you're at it ask her what is her type of guy to go out with and ask her is she's available. If she is then you can ask her to go out to have lunch or something. Build a relationship if you really really like her, don't just jump into a relationship. She might not want it.

talk to her about it. ask her casually what she thinks about him(big black guy) if she indicates that she isnt particularly interested i'd say go for it man and be quicker than the big guy haha

what i suggest you do is that. you talk to the guy first. then if hes going to punch you just call security. then if hes fine with you flirting with her then go. flirt with her. then talk to her let her know how you feel. trust me people tell me to tell guys i like the same thing. but i never do it.
