You can do that in two ways:-
1) Manually- post a copy of your photo to whatever address by post.
2) Virtually- for this you need your photo to be on a digital camera. Upload the photo on your computer using the camera's software. Then attach the photo to an e-mail (instructions are given on the site itself if you are on Yahoo) and then send it.

first scan your photo and save and go in your mail id use attach file and attach this file and send
