The same twisted logic has them professing that"Money is the Root of All Evil", and yet they pass the collection plate around every week...

although not a Christian I will give my two cents worth.Taking the LordsPrayer out of the school system has not made it any better, from someone who went through the school system and did say the Lords Prayer did not hurt me one bit,It gave me some morals in which to live by. As for forceing someone to pray it don't happen that way where I come from anyway.

There used to be the Lord's Prayer recited every day when I went to school. It was right after O' Canada and God save the Queen. No one ever grumbled, no one ever was forced to pray, and *GASP* no one ever complained. What is it with the complainers now days?
Could it be the vile doctrine of forgiving, being humble, and hope for things better that is so offensive?

When I took a test I prayed while taking it. No one stops us from praying. But my religion is different from some of the others and the teacher that started the praying put her own religion onto the prayer and it ended up she was teaching us her religion.
She even said they can't stop me from praying in class.
I was so glad to get out of her room. She was pentacostal and they speak in tongues and divine healing. Her religion was so different from mine and when there is prayer in school the teacher teaches you her religion. One teacher was a lesbian and athesist and during the prayer time told us that God was made up by weak mines. My mon said, "They took prayer out of school how horrible." I said, "trust me mom you wouldn't like it."

Most Christians do not realize that, and alot of non-believers think that to pray on public property at any time for any reason is illegal and or unconstitutional also.
No one can force you and at the same time no one can stop you.

It's not about praying in school, it's about not being allowed to pray. We can still pray in school only if we don't get caught.

What Christian forces anyone to pray? I don't force prayer on non-believers or believers. I pray for all, whether they believe in God or not. Stop trying to decieve people. Be about truth. God Bless You.

If the godbots were to tell the truth, they wouldn't be able to pretend to be "victims" and would have to give up their ambitions of a theocracy.
The godbots complain for the same reasons a five year old child throws a tantrum: to get attention and to get what they want, regardless of whether they deserve it.

It's all about who controls people's minds. It's a political power play, religion is.
That is why secular democracy is so great, it is learning impartially.....at least it tries, for the most part.
Science and what has been accepted by the most brilliant minds as the most reasonable, and the most factual explanations with evidence is taught.
Our laws only got better as religion has been squeezed out..
