i have sucked my thumb for eva. i have never in my life drooled when sleeping. but a week ago i started to find myself drooling. any reasons why i might be drooling?

im 16 but to tell you the truth my teeth arent as bad as you think. i only have a small overbite because i dont suck very hard like others

You are likely just sleeping heavily with your mouth open. Perhaps your nose was a big stufy. If you're sleeping and your nose becomes a little stuffed, you'll automatically open your mouth to breathe, even if you are usually breathe out your nose while you sleep.

because the teeth are now more pronounced ( bucked) due to the forever thumb sucking
how old are you .. that you still suck your thumb?
