-sinus polyps- very common especially after sinus infections
-eye focusing- maybe you need to change your prescription
-High blood pressure- check it at the pharmacy.
-Migranes
-Low blood sugar- common if your dieting. Make sure you eat regularly.
-Stress

A common cause of headaches is high blood pressure (Hypertension). Might want to have it checked daily for about a week to see how high you're running.

-- dehydration
-- tension. try not to stress, count to 10 and don't overwork yourself. if your stressing or working too hard you will get a headache.
--hungry. you do get a headache when your hungry! i get them all the time. make sure when you eat you get full, and try to eat healthy filling dinners.
--vitamins. some people say if you lacking a vitamin or calcium or something you get headaches. i dont know if its true, but make sure your getting your vitamins, calcium, protein and fibers and stuff like that inside of you.

I found out that one of the sources of my headaches is grinding my teeth in my sleep. I got a bite guard custom made from my dentist and it has greatly reduced the number of headaches I have. Your dentist can tell by looking at your teeth if you are grinding them.

do u work in front of a computer?
i do and i got headaches everyday with out fail.
turned out needed glasses. It was the glare from the screen.
