Pull it out and put on a new condom. After everything, the girl can take a pill to prevent pregnancy. This will give you 99% of safety. If you are not planning to have a baby.

Unless the condom does a poping sound, I don't think you can know if its broken so you don't stop. You should use lubricated condoms and you should never ever use two condoms, a lot of guys think its safer but its actually not, it increases the chance that both will break. And always use name brand condoms and check their expiration date. and to be on the safe side, have sex when you are not on your fertile days is you are not married.

u pull it out quick unless u want a baby. just replace it. it shouldnt be that big of a deal to ur girlfriend or wife.
