I had gotten some braids last August and I paid $200 dollars and I loved them they lasted for alomost 3 months and I got alot of compliments on them. 2 ladies from Ghana did my hair and they braid usper fast in Africa.This girl was saying "I fI were you I would have gotten it done for lesser" I don't care how much it cost. As long as they look good and they don't take mor ethan 8 hours I'm ok.

That is a normal price for a professional stylist. Many people get the "hook-up" only to have their hair fall out or not last that long. If you compare what you paid to what it would cost to get your hair done weekly it's the same if not cheaper but most of all more convienient and allowed your hair to rest and grow. People are always gonna say woulda, coulda, shoulda..it doesn't matter. I'm sure your braids were beautiful and well done. If you were satisfied it doesn't matter what they cost.

I know a lot of people that braid the same but they charge different! There r a lot of people that charge a lot but its b/c they braid fast! For ur braids to last u almost 3 months, $200 is worth it! Imagine if u go to the shop every 2 weeks for 3 months.........ur bill would b well over $200! Now I'm pretty sure u can find a good braider for less than that but keep in mind that u get what u pay for!
