Some where between 121.5 to 148.5.
100 pounds for 5 feet = 100
5 pounds for each inch over 5 feet = 35 = 135 - plus or minus 10 % .
10% of 135 is 13.5 so 135 plus or minus 13.5 = 121.5 to 148.5
EDITED:
Anyone who weighs 200 pounds is not just overweight but OBESE-
124 pounds is normal.

She is a young woman. for a woman, the base weight for a woman 5' tall is 100 lbs. 5 lbs for every inch over 5'. 7"x5 lbs, =135 lbs. Then take her weight, X 15= 2,025 calories per day intake. It also depends on her bone structure, sm., med., or large? She could weigh 140 and be fine too. If she is looking at magazine covers, etc., please let her know that all magazines, etc., use computers and airbrushing to make them look so good. Plus, if the models are skinny, they are too skinny. The camera adds 10 lbs to your appearance. Please continue to help her eat healthy, well balanced meals-meats, carbs, veggies, fruits. And drink 8 - 8oz. glasses or 4-16 oz. bottles of water per day to keep her hydrated properly. She can have dessert once in awhile, just not all the time. Unless she is very physically active, walking 30 min. per day, or swimming, running (jogging) or another sport. She is fine, I'm sure. She needs to stop worrying about her weight. Please also consider taking her to her dr. to talk about this, and to show according to the charts, etc. that she is fine the way she is. And, you might want to take her to a nutritionsit to help her know good ways to eat (will she listen much to you on this mom?) It's an option. I wish you and your daughter the best. Take care.
