I heard that red wine is very good for you if drank in moderation in the evening. It helps you sleep better and easily and also has digestive benefits and some anti-oxidents as well.
If I am a male who is 5'10" and weigh 200 lbs, what would be a limit I should set for myself?

2 okay? (by the way, I am on a diet)

In terms of health benefit only small amounts are needed to provide a low level decrease in cardiac risk. Increasing the amount does not increase the advantage. A good guess is perhaps 1/2 a cup 3-4 days a week. 1 1/2 cups 7 days a week (very approximately) would take you to the safe limit for males. Above that you are drinking enough to cause harm.

A coffee mug is a much. Everything is cool as long as you do it in moderation. A wine glass amount in the evening is perfectly cool.

I would drink at the most 10 oz(About 1 glass, and a small bit more(1 glass is 8oz aka cup))

Probably one is enough. You'll get enough of the benefits that way along with balancing the calories you are consuming. Good Luck!
