I want to get real muscular by july 15th. My BMI is 17, 5"6, 120-130. I plan to eat a great diet with carbs/protein, indulge on one meal. Ill lift weights 3 times a week, cardio 2 times a week, abs 5 days a week. I wont take supplements. I want nice biceps/triceps, and attractive abs. Can I do it?

sure, 4 months is a long time. if you are faithful to your regimen you should start seeing results in less than 6 weeks. congrats on your choice not to take supplements. seems like too many are juicing up to get fast results. good luck.

Four months? Most def. Stick to a good diet, do wicked cardio, and do a five day a week work out routine and you'll get there in four months for sure! Good luck!!
