Now i know that whoever is gonna read this, they just wont like it bcuz itsunhealthy, and i know it is.... but i have a very important even in 4months, so all i need is a specific answer to this q... and i repeat.. i know its unhealthy... but i just thought its the fastest, and I will try my best to maintain in somehow later on.. im willin to take the riskk
Question is..... I need to lose exactly 45pounds.... i am 23yrs old female..... 158cms..... i weigh bout 177... Anyway, i started a week ago...... Im having slim fast shake.... Just one a day, and the rest i eat fruits.. i workout bout 1 hour, and by 2nd week im gonna start 2hrs workin out.... 1 in the mornin, and 1 in the evening..... Drinking so much water..... i thin 3litres atleast......... I know its a rapidddddd weight loss..... Its a 4month diet plan, How much can i lose? or in other wordsss...... will i be able to lose all the xtra weight....?/ i know i mite gain them back if i didnt maintain it in some way

i basically did the same thing as you, around 45lbs in 4 months. I ate around 300 calories a day (you do need to eat because if you dont your metabolism will just stop after you are too deprived hence you wont lose much weight) eat around 300-500 calories a day, run for an hour a day (thats about 800-900 calories burned) running is the best way to burn calories, fat, and weight.
DO NOT EAT AFTER 4PM,
I usually eat my 300 calories in good protien such as poached chicken or extra lean turkey (gives energy for working out, and i took diet pills, for extra energy)

drink lots of water (you already do) and your on your wy down.

as for maintainance, once your done, start by eating 500 calories a day, move uo to 700 then 900, you can also indulge, you wont gain it back. keep somewhat of a exercise routine, even if it is just 30 mins of walking. your 23, you have a good metabolism you shouldnt gain it back.

yah, the rate you are going, i am pretty sure you will lose a lot of weight till your event.
