that one among my favourits:
"Say: "O 'Ibâdî (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allâh, verily Allâh forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful". 39. Az-Zumar:53

A personal favorite verse may depend on one's calling. The apex of scripture though is the text of Col.3:17.

You are Not detailed enough.
What is your favorite scripture/verse in the Qur'an ?
Or in the Bible ?
As a muslim, were you referring to the Qur'an or to the Bible ?
Do not muslims also call the sentences in the Qur'an Scriptures/verses ?
Be more specific.
Many will answer your question using the bible, and many may answer your question using the Qur'an.
Scriptures in the Religion & Spirituality Section of Yahoo Answers could also refer to sentences within the Dhammapada, as well.
Put a little more thought into your question, and then adequately rephrase your wording, being specific.

My personal favorite is John 14:15:
"If ye love me, keep my commandments."
I think that this verse encompasses the entire gospel of Christ in seven words. It goes to show how by small and simple means are great things brought to pass. I think on some level we can all agree on that.

My favorite verse. Luke 34:17-18 If Thai brain offend the pluck it out and cast it from the. It is better to enter Heaven a complete idiot with no brain, than to be cast into Hell with half a brain where the worm never dies and the flame is not quiesced.

"this is my body, take and eat, do this for the rememberance of me"
i'm not sure the book/chapter/verse, but was my favorite part of Sunday School. Everytime I put it in my mouth, I could almost taste heaven!
